The entire process was seemless and painless. I have owned 4 previous Equinox’s so am very familiar with the car. Obviously have been happy with them and knew exactly what i wanted. My main reason for switching to a GMC Terrain this time is because I was not happy with any of the color selections for the 2027 Equinox. That’s it.

I was quite upset because two months after purchasing my Chevy Equinox, it would no longer pair my phone with Apple car play. The staff could not have been nicer. It took a little while, but they did not give up. They continued to try alternatives until they resolved the issue. And they were very patient, focused & determined throughout the process until they succeeded.

not real happy this time, part i needed on gm website was$ 237.81 i was charged almost 500$ also 3 hrs labor for an obvious problem( a hanging wire that was melted due to a mistake caused by another vendor) well 1200 $ way too much for a repeat customer!! Grateful job is done but not too happy with service!!!
