 What’s New for the 2024 Chevrolet Blazer?

The midsize Chevrolet Blazer benefited from a stunning style refresh in 2023, which elevated its sporty, aggressive personality. In 2024, the Blazer is mostly unchanged from bumper to bumper. However, it does add Riptide Blue Metallic as an exterior paint color. In addition, all of the trim levels in 2024 now have standard heated front seats.

The 2024 Blazer has a rounded, sharply styled nose and a swooping hood. The tall grille has inverted sides and linear and wavy accentuation through the mesh. Flanking the grille, the headlights are designed with a thin, linear LED ribbon and pointed air inlets. From the side view, the angled hood and the raked windows come to a point, while the sides have an undulating contour. Exterior features may include up to 20-inch wheels, black trim, heated side mirrors with integrated turning signals, a power liftgate, and keyless entry.

Under the hood, the base engine is a four-cylinder, turbo 2.0-liter gas system that delivers 228 horsepower. The higher-level trims have a V6, 3.6-liter engine that generates 308 horsepower. Both engines are available with front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. The Blazer RS adds torque-vectoring all-wheel drive.

The entry-level Blazer trim is well-appointed with four USB ports, a 10-inch touch display screen, a keyless engine starter, cruise control, a six-speaker audio system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, lane-keeping assistance, and forward collision mitigation. Options include adaptive cruise control, enhanced auto braking, a blind-spot warning, a wireless device charger, an auto-dimming rear mirror, and rear parking sensors.

Higher trim levels and their optional features may also have leather upholstery, a navigation system, a surround-view camera, a household power outlet, a premium sound system, a rear camera mirror, a 4.2-inch driver’s information display, a heated steering wheel, ambient cabin lights, heated rear seats and a few additional features that elevate your time on the road.
